Learning Objectives
The specific aim of this Course is to provide, an overview of law and economics conceived as economic law. It aims to give to the students a basic knowledge of several key topics useful in order to understand the relationship between law and economic activity.
Prerequisites
Not binding prerequisites but suggested: basic notions of private, public and EU law.

Class divided in two modules:
