The workshop explores the European-level regulatory reforms in the area of financial law. It does so by focusing on two core topics: the newly adopted European Banking Union and the proposal for a Capital Markets Union.
The aim of the workshop is to reflect and discuss the foundations of the latest regulatory reforms in financial law.
Prerequisites
No binding prerequisites. However, attendance is suggested for those students who has taken the European Union law exam and have filled their study plan with Financial Institutions exam.
