Approcci: analisi di settore nella prospettiva di economia industriale, aziendale ed urbana-regionale, evolutiva ed ecologica.
Concetti: settore, filiera, reti, catena del valore, sistemi locali (cluster, distretti e città).
Metodi: studi di caso, analisi statistiche, social network analysis, analisi ecologiche ed altre metodologie quantitative, etc.

Obiettivi Formativi
Corso avanzato di analisi competitiva volto a integrare e sviluppare conoscenze multidisciplinari, attraverso un'analisi teorica ed empirica. La molteplicità delle prospettive teoriche e delle metodologie presentate ha l'obiettivo di incrementare le capacità critiche dello studente, anche per mezzo dell'applicazione a casi di studio.

Programma del corso
Analisi dell'ambiente competitivo a livello di impresa/settore/sistema locale secondo un approccio multidisciplinare, locale-globale. Unità di analisi: imprese, reti di imprese, cluster e distretti, città, regioni e sistemi-Paese. Approfondimenti di concetti (settore, filiera, catena del valore, gruppo strategico, strategie competitive); teorie (economia industriale e manageriale, economia regionale e urbana, approccio evolutivo); metodologie (statistiche, studi di caso, analisi di reti). Approfondimenti particolari saranno dedicati alle relazioni tra la teoria dei cluster e dei distretti , alle metodologie di identificazione dei sistemi locali e allo studio delle reti, attraverso seminari relativi a innovation networks, creative networks e business networks.
